Today I received my framed wall mounted photos (thank you).  I loved them but just a little disappointed with my daughters hair colour in the photos.  She has black hair yet in the photos her hair is red.  It is a shame.  Yet in the other photos I ordered that you sent to me, her hair was much darker

We replaced Marie’s icemount without question and then we recived this email

Shelly, my new icemount has arrived and it is PERFECT!  We are just so happy and over the moon with it.  When you compare it to the one there is no comparrion.  It is so much better. I’m glad I said something and I can not thank you enough for replacing it.  God it is so beautiful, thank you, thank you, thank you.
